JGB Company History — 15 Years of Industrial Supply in Saudi Arabia

Joint Gulf Business Establishment (JGB) was founded with a clear mission — to supply specification-grade HVAC, electro-mechanical, Oil & Gas, and industrial equipment to the Saudi Arabian and GCC market. From its headquarters in Dammam, Eastern Province, JGB began serving the rapidly growing industrial and infrastructure sectors of the Kingdom, building relationships with internationally certified manufacturers and major EPC contractors across the region.
Over 15 years, JGB expanded from a specialist HVAC and insulation supplier into a comprehensive multi-division industrial equipment company. We established branch offices in Riyadh and Jeddah to serve procurement teams across all three major industrial and commercial hubs of Saudi Arabia — and built a supply network covering UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman. Our product portfolio grew to cover eight divisions — from air filtration and humidity control to flow control pumps, Starline pipe support systems, and fire safety equipment.
Today JGB holds approved vendor status with Saudi Aramco, YASREF, SADARA, SATORP, Ma’aden, Natpet, and Red Sea Global — recognition of our consistent compliance with procurement standards, delivery performance, and product quality across complex industrial and infrastructure projects. We have supplied equipment to over 300 major projects across the Kingdom, including NEOM Trojena, Red Sea Phase 2, Aramco Marjan Offshore, and Riyadh Metro.
